Kansas' Project:

Kansas is planning a volunteer opportunity for Northwestern University student athletes at the YMCA in Evanston, IL. At the end of the year, there will be a celebration hosted by NU for all those who were touched by this initiative featuring food, activities, giveaways, and speakers. Kansas is collaborating with fellow Wildcat and Engaged Athlete Fellow, Ty Berry to execute the initiative.

Earlier this year Kansas has been hard at work putting on an All Vote No Play Day panel and a month long coat drive which yielded 150 bags of clothing for local Evanston donation centers.
